Pool Safety
Lawyer
David is passionate about pool
and spa safety, and pursuing civil justice on behalf of harmed families by negligent parties who violate the
law, industry standards, and basic safety rules that jeopardize, and end up actually harming, real
people.
David became certified as an
Aquatic Law Specialist in February of 2010 through the Aquatic Law Forum. (Please note: The ALF is
not a Bar organization, and is thus not a recognized Bar certification or speciality).
